Sunflowers Bring Happiness

When I look at sunflowers I have to smile.  They are such big and bright signs of summer that remind me of everything the season holds.

I have created a new sunflower wind chime to keep the memories of the summer alive as the breeze gently causes the glass to tinkle.  On the left the individual pieces are laid out – there are two very large complete sunflowers and four pieces that highlight individual leaves, with two leaves attracting butterflies. 

Below is the completed wind chime, which is always hard to capture in a photo as the pieces are constantly moving.
